Confession. I live 32.6 miles from the founding documents of our country. I homeschool my kids. I have never taken them to see any of these documents. Until today. Of course, Audrey has been with the Herth family on their world-wind departure tour, but the rest of us, including myself, have never seen them. Well, “had” never seen them… They liked it...until I started singing all the School House Rock songs in the line—they didn’t like that. I, am not, the next American Idol...according to my darling son. |

Is there honestly any better way to learn the Preamble to the Constitution? Seriously. 35 years later, I can still recite every word. And don’t get me started on Interjections. That one is my favorites. |
