Valentines Day

Every year we wait until the last possible second and scramble around to make cards for all the important people in our lives...our Valentines.  This year, my aunt Kathy sent me a site where this lady made ‘love bugs’ out of marshmallows and lollipop sticks.  So, we tried that this year.  Once they got the hang of it, they were hooked!  They made three marshmallow bags full!  All of their friends at skating and around enjoyed getting a special treat!  They turned out so cute, we even sent a box to Japan for ‘White Day’—Japanese form of Valentines day.

What you do:  Poke two marshmallows onto a lollipop stick.  Dip in a cup of water, drain off excess.  Sprinkle and decorate with various sugars, gummy candies, and we used spaghetti noodles to make antennae for our little love bugs!  They were a big hit!
