This may not mean much to you all...but to my two little teenage girls (Audrey and Caroline) this meant the release of a long awaited Twilight movie, and perhaps, more importantly, the late night party at Hot Topic! 

We had gotten the inside scoop that the store had sold just under 150 copies but the store capacity was only around 50.  So, we headed there early.  Just to make sure Caroline could get in I ordered an extra copy of the movie.  We were the FIRST ones there arriving at 9pm, but that gave the girls a little time to walk around the mall and check things out.  When the party started, it was actually very well laid out and very calm.  Well done Hot Topic! 

From nail prep, to arrival, to the raffle, and the trivia contests, we did it all last night!  Audrey was one of four winners to get a gift card and a poster.  Needless to say, she was VERY excited.  Her question was:  Why and how did Esme try to kill herself? 

Above Audrey is collecting her poster from our new HT friend Ashley...you see her in the foreground about to answer the winning question...and then it was midnight and time to collect our real prize the movie!!  The girls entered the shop at 12:40.  We were at the back of the line, so we missed out on the free poster, but a great evening was had by all—

In fact, the movie is being watched right now!!
