Once a year my Aunt invites the kids over the make pasta.  Generally, WE end up making the pasta after the splendor wears off, but, it is still a good time had by all.  This year was no different!  By the time we got there, she had made the dough, and the kids were ready to roll it through the pasta machine.  Then, the pasta has to dry for a little while before cooking it.  We had a few different kinds of sauces for the kids to try too.  It was a big success!
