Last Friday, we went to the American Art Museum and participated (and won I should note here…) in a scavenger hunt in the museum. It was VERY cool, and the kids had a remarkable time. The kids were given clues hidden inside of the museum and had to find the corresponding art work to go onto the next piece. At various points we’d have to perform a physical activity like “make a sculpture” or find a “treasure box”. And then there was the solving of the ‘code’ based on a piece of art. Of course, in the end the girls team prevailed...but I would probably still be looking at that code now without Jennifer! |
