Hwardo is a martial art that is made to teach kids discipline, manners, and how to defend themselves when in danger. It is a mixture of Judo, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Kick-boxing and weapons. It also teaches kids respect.
Text Box: How different is your mind and body after Hwardo training?
In Spencer’s words:
Since I have had Hwardo training, I think I have gotten more focused. I have learned that when someone is telling you to do something you do not play around. If somebody does something that you do not feel is right, then you should not do it. I learned how to stick up for myself and become my best potential.
My body is more flexible and I am more balanced, and have quicker reflexes. I have gotten a little more stronger from Hwardo. I have learned to use my body in a way that is defensive and not hurting.
