On Friday we hosted our first bonfire, called the “We aren’t going back to school” bonfire. It was AWESOME! We had twenty four middle schoolers and some younger siblings over for the evening. Of course, come to find out, the fire was secondary...apparently, all middle school kids need to have a good time is dark and flashlights! They did have fun, playing flashlight tag, capture the flag, and especially hide and go seek. Everyone had fun, and it was a pretty cool group...I MAY even think about doing it again—(my kids are already begging!) |
