Our journey out to Oklahoma brought about an interesting discovery. Our good friends, the Ollech’s live outside of Nashville, which just happens to be half way to OKC! While I only stayed with Stephanie a few short days (over the 4th of July) we had a great time, and worked in one field trip to a very cool place. It wasn’t Opryland, or the zoo...no, not us...we went to the Paper Plant, where Steve is the main man. He took us on a tour, and gave us an education that led to long discussions way into the night!
